Striking from the outside, tasteful and classy on the inside, this Willerby Aspen offers luxury, style and comfort with generous room sizes throughout. Complete with double glazing and central heating it is a fabulous holiday home.

The lounge has large front windows which enable lots of natural light in to the open plan living space. There is an L-shaped sofa with two armchairs providing ample seating for everyone to relax in the lounge area, and also make the most of the space.

The dining table is adjacent to the modern kitchen which has an integrated fridge-freezer and microwave, gas cooker and hob with extractor above and a wine rack above the microwave. There is also a fold-away ironing board which is a fabulous space saver!

The two bedrooms in the Aspen comprise of one double and one twin room. The over-bed storage in the main room looks sophisticated and neat while the large wardrobes at the end of the bed provide copious amounts of clothing space. There is also an en-suite WC. The twin room has matching over-bed units to the master room.

The family shower room has a large shower enclosure, wash basin on a vanity unit and mirror above, with WC in the corner.

This holiday home is sited on a south facing plot and benefits from a small side balcony that is included in this sale.
