Gwalia Falls Retreat is situated above the village of Tresaith in the county of Ceredigion on the West Wales coast. It nestles in the folds of the bracken covered slopes overlooking the sandy beach, just 300 metres from the sea.

Early flowers in the fields in the fields and hedgerows make spring a beautiful time to visit Tresaith. Puffins, shearwaters, gannets, guillemots, kites and buzzards can all be seen whilst walking the National Trust protected coastal footpaths.

Tresaith is a small intimate coastal village 9 miles from Cardigan and 29 miles south of Aberystwyth close to the A487.
Although tucked away, Tresaith is an easy destination to reach from any part of the United Kingdom. There is easy access from the main cities with fast modern roads keeping journey times and travelling costs to a minimum.
The motorways serve Wales well. The M4 now runs continuously into South Wales. Expressways link the M53, M56, M6 and M5 motorways making travelling easier than ever before.
From London and the south the M4 links through to Carmarthen. Tresaith is then only 1 hour away using the A484 to Newcastle Emlyn then the B4333 signposted to Aberporth.
From the Midlands the A44 takes you to Aberystwyth then south on the A487 the Cardigan Road.
