The ribbed form to the outer edges of the protector offers three layers of protection. Firstly this design deflects impacting objects to offer improved performance. It also acts to substantially improve protection to the side indicators. Thirdly this design offers improved overall impact performance in order to decelerate the impact forces to better protect your vehicle mirror. Another innovation with this product is the shell's new multi-layer design with the shell thickness up to 6 mm thick in areas most commonly subject to impact. Utilises a screw-on clamp to ensure a safe and secure fit and conforms to all Vehicle Safety Standards. Designed to fit long-armed mirrors on 2007 Onwards Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroen Relay. The team at Milenco has been involved in crash testing vehicle components for over 20 years and is the only company in the Caravan industry to manufacture crash-tested Type Approved products to International Standards. These Mirror Protectors have been carefully designed to both absorb impact and disperse the impact load, in order to protect against accidental damage. Unlike other designs their mirror protectors wrap around the outer edge of the vehicle mirror, protecting it from both forward and reverse impacts.
