In a rural setting in the historic canal-side village of Shardlow lies our Leisure Marina, Touring Caravan & Holiday Home site. Right upon the river Trent and within a stones throw of both the river Derwent and Trent & Mersey Canal. It was an important location in days gone by and the heydays of the canal. But even today there is a lot to see and do around this historic village. A visit to the village Heritage Centre is always worthwhile and you will find historical information boards around the village too.There are walks galore for the active, both around the village and across the surrounding countryside. And with 7 pubs in the one village, you will never go thirsty! There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing both in the locality and in designated areas within our marina if that is your thing. We are constantly striving to improve facilities for visitors to the marina and we are pleased with our latest addition of a new for 2018 season, purpose-built Services Block. This houses Toilets, Showers, Pot Washing and Launderette facilities.
