The Swift Biarritz Lodge located at Banwy Mill Lodge Park is fully inclusive of all siting, the large L-shape deck (with glass ballustrade and chrome handrail) and an external shed. No hidden extras! Built to the robust regulations of BS3632, this lodge promises to keep you warm in this fantastic location. The lodge interior has a wonderfully spacious kitchen diner with fully integrated appliances which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and blue tooth speakers. The free standing dining area allows good access for all the family. The entrance to the kitchen also has a very handy coat hanging area with a bench seat for getting shoes on and off. The partially partitioned lounge is incredibly bright and airy benefiting from all round glass plus a velux window. The French doors open out on the to the large deck with views over the Banwy valley and surrounding countryside. The main bathroom has a large shower cubicle, heated towel rail, wc and sink. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room complete with towel rail, wc and basin. The second bedroom has twin beds with plenty of space and storage. 12 months park warranty and 20 years tenure.
