The open-plan Severn is situated in a small area of just half a dozen caravans that overlooks a large lawn, while behind the caravan is a gently flowing stream so you can sit out on your deck in the evening and enjoy the sound of running water. The mature parkland also has lots of tree and bushes, and all the wonderful wildlife that come with that.
The open plan living area, which includes a stylish fireplace, comes with upgraded curtains and a comfortable dining area with freestanding table and chairs. There is also additional sleeping space is available in the form of a pull out bed in the lounge.
The lounge also includes a large feature length front window which can help you capitalise on the picturesque view of the plot. And for the culinary expert, the Severn boasts a practical u-shaped kitchen, chrome cooker hood, integrated microwave and free standing 70/30 fridge/freezer.
Derwen Mill is a family-run five-star holiday park near the Welsh market town of Welshpool (2.5 miles away) and situated in the village of Guilsifeld (walking distance). In the local village you will find two pubs, a shop and post office, a filling station and shop as well as the excellent Derwen Garden Centre, which also has a restaurant and farm produce shop. The village plays host to several local sports clubs and includes facilities for you to enjoy, while those who enjoy walking will find endless woodland and trails to explore.
The park itself is designed for those looking to enjoy tranquillity, peace and relaxation. Set within 24-acres of parkland to explore, the landscaped garden, enticing lakes and large lawned areas make Derwen Mil the perfect place to relax. Here at Derwen Mill we don’t do rows of caravans in tight uniformed spaced!
